Terms and conditions for booking tours to Morocco with Cynab Voyages



The following outlines the terms and conditions by and under which Cynab Voyages (Operator) Marrakech, Morocco, in consideration for payment, agrees to provide travel products or services. PAYMENT OF OUR INVOICE CONSTITUES, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE of all terms and conditions stated herein. READ THIS CAREFULLY before sending your payment.

RESPONSABILITY

The operator is responsible for providing all services and accommodations described in its offering literature, except that:

  • It may, if required, offer services or accommodations of equal or similar quality and price based upon availability and
    In the absence of negligence on its part, the Operator is not and cannot be held responsible for any act, error omission, injury to person or property, loss, inconvenience, accident, delay, irregularity, or any other event occasioned through or by reason of negligence, defect or default of any company and/or their employees or subcontractors engaged in providing any of the services purchased by Cynab Voyages and subsequently sold to you.
AIR TRANSPORTATION

The air portion of you tour is the sole responsibility of the carrier or airline issuing your air ticket.

Tour Prices

All prices quoted herein, or in any other promotional literature distributed by and for Cynab Voyages are subject to increases in the cost of our services. These conditions are applied to all Cynab Voyages programs either mentioned in this brochure or not, or any other programs arranged by Cynab Voyages separately.

PAYMENT

Wire transfer to our bank account (bank information should be submitted to you at time of transaction)

  1. 25% deposit at time of booking
  2. Balance should be paid no more than 2 weeks prior to arrival
LAND CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be in writing. In the event you cancel your trip AFTER confirmation by Cynab Voyages a refund schedule will be applied as follow:

  1. 21 to 30 days before departure 25% of trip cost
  2. 14 to 20 days before departure 35% of trip cost
  3. 2 to 13 days before departure 50% of trip cost
NO REFUND LESS THAN 1 DAY OR ONCE THE TRIP BEGINS. CHANGES OF ITINERARIES Any change in the itinerary requested less than 15 days prior to departure shall be: 1) At the sole discretion of Cynab Voyages; 2) Subject to penalties for administration fees.

ANY CHANGE MADE IN THE ITINERARY VOLUNTARILY AFTER TRAVEL BEGINS IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR TOUR SERVICES WHICH YOU VOLUNTARILY DO NOT USE.
